Presuming that you have a 40 hour week, thats one email every 210 seconds. You shouldn't spend more than 10% of your time reading or replying to email, so you need not spend more than 21 seconds on each email. A time management tip: configure outlook to spontaneously delete the email after 21 seconds of viewing.

@Dave: If that was likely would you need to put AT NOSPAM in your email addr? ;)

@Robbie: I'm using a slightly different method: I deleted the top 50% by sender because I don't want to correspond with unlucky people :)
